Easy Does it Yoga For those wanting a gentle approach to stretching and strengthening. Slow movement, quiet reflection, and guided meditation bring an ease to Monday morning.
Mindful Yoga An afternoon delight of mindfully paced vinyasa to build strength and flexibility for the body and mind. The last Tuesday of the month is a restorative practice. Yoga for Every Body A grounding centering practice leads to movements to emphasize feeling and being in your body, just as it is. Poses are practiced to bring awareness to the essence of you. Yoga Flow This class is a simultaneous experience of working out and "working in." A stronger vinyasa flow to strengthen and free the body leads to a restorative savasana revitalizes body, mind, and heart. Restorative Yoga Dreamy yoga. Restorative yoga is a non-efforting practice in which the body is held by blankets, bolsters, and pillows for the opportunity to rest and heal the systems. Calming the nervous system, rebooting the digestive system, stimulating the endocrine and lymphatic system, and boosting the immune system are all benefits of this guided practice into renewal. |
Class Cost
Monday-Thursday classes are $15 to drop in.
Students may choose to prepay for the month at $52 or $65, depending on how many weeks in the month. Sunday Restorative yoga is $13 to drop in. Students may purchase a 4-classpack for $40. |
