Yoga with Zoom
Zoom is an interesting experience for yoga. We all check in before the start of class for a little chit-chat and then our practice begins. Participants are on mute to ensure a quieter setting and freedom to attend to their own situation at home. Have a mat and blanket ready. It helps to have a wall nearby for legs-up the wall, a pose practiced before savasana. At the end of class, we offer cheerful farewells until next time.
Monday at 11:00am-12pm EST Easy Does it Yoga
For those wanting a gentle approach to stretching and strengthening. Slow movement, quiet reflection, and guided meditation bring an ease to body, mind, and spirit.
Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm EST Yin Yoga
Gentle warm-ups ready the body for a series of longer held poses to increase the flow of Chi. Each week will focus on a different meridian.
Thursday at 5:30pm-6:30pm EST Yoga Flow
This class is a simultaneous experience of working out and "working in." A vinyasa flow to strengthen and free the body to revitalize body, mind, and heart.
